Hi, I’m Zoe, I live in Victoria. I’m a multidisciplinary, experimental artist currently focusing on Photography, Filmmaking, Moving Image and Sculpture.

Art has always been intrinsic to the way I understand and process information. From a young age, creative expression has been a vital part of my life, later honed through formal studies in sculpture and photography at university. After dedicating years to raising my four children, I returned to photography in 2012, and learnt everything about digital photography. I am motivated by the challenge of being constrained by a theme a brief or object and developing original ideas with an innovative approach.I have explored many styles of photography including landscape, architecture, portraiture, food, and product photography, and over time I’ve learnt a wide range of techniques to produce high-quality images. I eventually translated that knowledge into freelance work, specialising particularly in Real Estate and food photography. I really enjoyed the fast pace of those shoots—the go-go-go energy from the moment I arrived on location to the final delivery of images—working efficiently, problem-solving on the spot, and adapting quickly to changing environments and client needs.

However, the pivotal moment of the COVID-19 pandemic and the effect it had both on my clients and my self. I found my creative voice again and I decided to commit to my photographic passion projects and also began sculpting again.

I am persistently creating and experimenting in an enchanting realm where traditional, alternative, and modern photographic techniques converge in a symphony of exploration and discovery. Augmented reality serves as an extraordinary canvas of endless possibilities, offering yet another medium for my creative expressions. By incorporating moving images and animations, I weave together a dynamic interplay of time, motion, and storytelling. Alongside these digital explorations, a wealth of sculptural materials and technologies further enrich my imaginative endeavors.

I am captivated by the mesmerizing allure of transformation—whether it be the subtle shift between frames in a moving image, the passage of seasons, or the profound rhythms of nature and the cosmos. The earth, with its vast resources and inherent beauty, continually inspires me, and I am committed to seeking sustainable alternatives that honor and celebrate this planet. The richness of history and existence enthralls me, as do the ceaseless cosmic cycles that shape our reality. The eternal ebb and flow of day and night, the turning of the seasons—these timeless phenomena fuel my endless curiosity and artistic exploration.

I am deeply fascinated by the intricate web of connections that binds all things together, continuously seeking ways to translate these revelations into thought-provoking works of art. My creative process is intuitive and immersive, guided by instinct as I embark on a journey where art and intuition intersect.
